<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the color filter which is free from the wrinkle of a flattening film, has the good pattern shapes of a transparent conductive film and has the high transmittance of the transparent conductive film. CONSTITUTION:This process for production of the color filter consists in forming picture element patterns of plural colors according to prescribed arrangements on a transparent substrate and forming the flattening film on the picture element patterns, then forming the transparent conductive film on the flattening film. The stage for forming the flattening film in the above-mentioned process consists in forming an org. resin film 4 on the picture element patterns 6, applying a soln. prepd. by dissolving an org. silicon compd. in an org. solvent on this org. resin film 4, then by calcining the coating to evaporate the org. solvent, thereby forming a silicon compd. film 5.</p> |
