PURPOSE:To collectively generate the data which has been conventionally separately processed by using the file where the transfer destination account corresponding to a transfer original account is set without intervention of manual operation in public money transfer data processing in local goverment finacial affairs and accounting system CONSTITUTION:A storage means 1 which stores the received data by an input means 1, an account correspondence file 3 where the transfer destination account corresponding to the account of that data is set, an extracting means 140 which selects and displays a corresponding account based upon that, an input means 2 which receives the decision data of transfer destination account, a storage means 2 which stores that data, an output means 1 which updates a data base through the storage means 1 and prints it with a printer as a transfer originator slip and an output means 2 which updates a data base through the storage means 2 and prints it with a printer as a transfer destination slip are provided. |
