PURPOSE:To exactly and continuously select the noblest potential in the multipoint potentials in a body to be electrolytically protected at a high speed with the device for corrosion prevention which selects the noblest potential among the detected potentials in the body to be electrolytically protected, the defective potential value and position of which are changed at a high speed by environment at the high speed. CONSTITUTION:This device has plural analog OR logic circuits 3 which are connected to the body 7 to be electrolytically protected and plural reference electrodes 6 for detection installed at the selected points near this body and to which the respective reference electrodes 6 for detection are individually connected. The outputs of the respective analog OR logic circuits 3 are commonly connected to a common point 4 and are delivered, by which the noblest potential is detected simultaneously with the measurement on the principle of the voltage generated when batteries are connected in parallel.
