PURPOSE:To implement satellite line connection between two-wire analog subscriber terminal equipments arranged to other earth station and 2-wire analog subscriber terminal equipment arranged to one earth station in an excellent way. CONSTITUTION:A discrimination section 16 discriminates whether a response signal from a called party received by a control section 5 is a pseudo response signal sent from a 2/4-wire conversion section 12 or an incoming call signal to a substantial own station (earth station 1). Upon the receipt of the response signal, when a subscriber terminal equipment 1-1 is already hooked off, the signal is discriminated to be the pseudo response signal and when hooked on, it is discriminated to be a substantial incoming call signal. Upon the receipt of the pseudo response signal, the discrimination section 16 sets a ringer oscillation section 3. Thus, a dial number representing a dial pulse based on an open/close of a 2-wire loop by the subscriber terminal equipment 1-1 is accurately detected by an interface section 4. |
