<p>PURPOSE:To prevent occurrence of dot disturbance and cross-color due to crosstalk between a luminance signal and a chrominance signal by discriminating whether or not an inputted signal is a standard signal and acting a motion adaptive 3-dimension filter in the case of the standard signal. CONSTITUTION:A color signal is demodulated by a color demodulation circuit 2 and digitized by A/D converters 4, 5, and inputted to a motion adaptive 3-dimension filter 9. On the other hand, a luminance signal is added with a burst signal by a burst addition circuit 1, digitized by an A/D converter 3 and passes through a 1-frame delay circuit 6, and the result is inputted to an adder 7 and inputted to other input terminal of the adder 7 directly. Moreover, an output of the adder 7 is inputted to a remaining burst level detection circuit 8, in which a level of the resident burst signal is detected. When the resident burst level does not reach a prescribed level, it is discriminated that the signal is a standard signal to activate the motion adaptive 3-dimension filter 9. When the resident burst level exceeds a prescribed value, it is discriminated to be a non-standard signal and no filter 9 is acted.</p> |
