Equalization method for the amplification of audiofrequency signals, consisting in using a first means for the correction of the response curve for the stationary mode, using at least a second means for correction whose gain (GT) is different from the gain (GS) of the first correction means and for correcting the response curve in transient mode, discriminating the transient mode and switching from the first correction means to the second correction means when the transient mode is discriminated, and reverse switching after the transient mode.
