PURPOSE:To attain a flexible setting by selecting one of reference ranges based on data range displayed on a graph, and adjusting the number of digits of a reference interval corresponding to the selected reference range in order to search the interval of a measure. CONSTITUTION:An integer preparing part 5 rounds-off a decimal number data range searched by a decimalizing part 3 after the second digit from the high- order, and searches the numeric value of the higher-order digit. A table 6 stores preliminarily set data. The table 6 registers values 1-10 preliminarily set as each reference range, and values preliminarily set as each reference interval corresponding to those reference ranges. A correspondence referring part 7 collates the numeric value of the high-order digit to the reference range of the table 6, and searches the reference interval corresponding to the reference range which is matched with the numeric value of the high-order digit. A measure interval calculating part 8 searches the measure interval of a (y) axis based on the reference interval searched by a digit calculating part 4. |
