PURPOSE:To provide a graphite jig for glass sealing which can control generation of cementation and thereby reduces a failure generating rate of product due to the cementation. CONSTITUTION:The graphite jig for glass sealing is characterized in that content of impurity included in the graphite base material is 300ppm or lower and contents of elements Fe, Co and Ni is respectively 50ppm or lower. |
