<p>PURPOSE:To provide a gas-insulated switch capable of contributing to the miniaturization and simplification of the system as a whole by improving the layout of the constituting equipment in the captioned apparatus for a feeder line having a cable head and an arrester. CONSTITUTION:There are provided a cable head 5 housed in a cable head container 9 having an aperture, and an arrester 10 connected to the cable head 5. The aperture of the cable head container 9 is arranged either in the upper or the lower part of the container. The arrester 10 is arranged so that its longitudinal axial direction is made equal to the longitudinal direction of the feeder line. To the upper aperture 9a or the lower aperture of the cable head container 9, the terminal 11a of an intervening equipment 11 is coupled in order to connect the terminal of the arrester 10 or an arrester.</p> |
