PURPOSE:To enhance the reliability of a controller by monitoring the life or characteristic deterioration of individual components in the controller in real time and rationalizing the management of the components. CONSTITUTION:This system is provided with a life calculating means 6 calculating the lives of the respective components with usage environment data from a sensor 1, a components function investigating means 7 investigating whether the function of the components is normal or not with operation data from a signal bus interface 2, a statistical analysis processing means 8 statistically and analytically processing the life calculation result of the life calculating means 6 and the components function investigating result of the components function investigating means 7 so as to diagnose the reliability of the respective components and a period managing means 10 synchronously driving these means in a certain period and managing a whole controller reliability diagnostic device 3. |
