PURPOSE:To find the short-circuited position of a bonding wire instantaneously if the short circuit occurs by setting fixedly adjacent output terminals alternately to different output signals. CONSTITUTION:MOSFETs 181-18n-1 corresponding to AND circuits 141-14n-1 send output signals VDDB to respective output terminals S1-Sn-1, and MOSFETs 182-Sn corresponding to OR circuits 162-16n feed output signals VSSB to respective output terminals S2-Sn. Namely, the output signals VDDB and VSSB are outputted from the output terminals S1-Sn alternately and fixedly, and consequently the output signals VDDB and VSSB are set to external terminals 201-20n alternately and fixedly through bonding wires 191-19n. Therefore, even if bonding wires 191 and 192 are short-circuited, abnormality signals are outputted to the external terminals 201 and 202 to find the short-circuited positions instantaneously. |
