<p>Connector for the axial fluid-tight locking of plain pipes to threaded coupling elements, comprising a ring (1) in which at the end of the said ring (1) opposite the threaded end there is a reduction in diameter forming a collar (5) internally shaped to give a conical surface, which collar is disposed in axial engagement with a corresponding conical surface (7c) of the said deformable mandrel (7) disposed to bear on the said sealing sleeve (8), the said sealing sleeve (8) having an external radial enlargement (8a) shaped in such a way that it is stably housed within a corresponding annular cavity (1b) formed internally in the said ring; as a result of the tightening of the said ring, the sealing sleeve (8) is deformed between the pipe to be connected, the mandrel, the internal surface of the ring, and the end of the coupling element, thus providing liquid-tightness and mechanical locking between the pipe (6) and the threaded coupling (4). <IMAGE></p> |
