PURPOSE:To take synchronization without stopping a low speed circuit with respect to the synchronization processing system for a high speed framing signal in a signal processing circuit comprising a high speed LSI and a low speed LSI. CONSTITUTION:A low speed circuit 2 is provided with a frequency divider section 6, a frame detection section 8 and a comparator section 7, and the comparator section 7 compares a reference timing generated by the frequency divider section 6 with a frame period detected by the frame detection section 8 and when the result of comparison indicates coincidence, it is discriminated to be in the synchronization state and when dissident, it is discriminated to be out of synchronism. |
