PURPOSE: To dissolve momentary blinking and fluctuation of a lamp immediate after elimination of electric power to a circuit by charging a capacitor of a starting circuit of an oscillator for only a half of a cycle of alternating current. CONSTITUTION: A capacitor C1 composing a starting circuit 14 of an oscillator 12 having a pair of semiconductor switches Q1, Q2 connected with a d.c. electric power source 10 is charged only for the period during which the a.c. input electric voltage of an c.c. input terminal IN2 is positive to that of an a.c. input terminal IN1. During the periods of half cycles of the a.c. power source, electric current flows from the input terminal IN2 to the input terminal IN1 through a fuse F3, a resistor R1 of the starting circuit 14, a capacitor C1, a leg D3A of a diode of the d.c. electric power source 10. In this way, an input of the starting circuit 14 is so connected with the input terminal IN2 as to charge the capacitor C1 for the periods of the half cycles of the a.c. current, so that momentary blinking and fluctuation of a lamp immediate after elimination of the electric power from the circuit can be solved. |
