The valve and measurement coupling consists of a coupling bush with a spring-loaded non-return valve and first sealing system in its bore. A screw coupling is connectable to this. When the measurement screw coupling is screwed in the valve nipple is axially displaced to the open position against spring force and seals against a second sealing system in the sealing bush. In normal operation with a tightly connected screw coupling there is an arrangement (21, 22) which relieves the press. between the first sealing system (13, 14) of the closed valve body and the screw coupling (1). USE/ADVANTAGE - For measuring press. and combinations of press. and temp. in high press. fluid systems liable to HF press. fluctuations and mechanical vibrations. Moving parts do not vibrate or only vibrate slightly.
