Beverage contains at least one acceptable hydrocolloid polysaccharide (I) at 25-800 mg/l; a saccharin salt (II) and aspartame (III), with the (III):(II) ratio being 25-50:1. More specifically, (I) is at least one of natural or modified gum (esp. xanthan or guar); an alkyl cellulose either (e.g, methylcellulose); pectin and propylene glycol alginate. (II) is the Na and/or Ca salt. |
