A method of producing asporogenic strains of Bacillus bacteria with proteolytic and amylolytic characteristics in the process of the mutagenization of Bacillus bacteria and further selection of asporogenic cultures from the post-mutation material characterised in that the material produced in the process of the mutagenization of Bacillus bacteria is sowed on the bed inducing spore-forming, which contains soya enzymatic hydrolysate, KH2PO4, /NH4/2SO4, thiamine and microelements, and, further, it is subjected to incubation at the temperature of 30-40 degrees C for 48-72 hours and, finally, asporogenic cultures are separated from it with the use of such selecting agents as nitric oxide or the steams of volatile derivative, short-chain carbon compounds such as methane, ethane and propane Cl, Br, I, At derivatives, monoxides, alcohols, aldehydes, acids, esters and ethers originating from methane, propane ethane, and halogen derivatives of these compounds, where N-methyl-N'-nitro-N-nitrosoguanidine with the concentration of 20-200 μg/ml is preferably used as the mutagenic agent.
