MULTILAYERED STRETCHED TAPE, FABRIC FOR FLEXIBLE CONTAINER AND PROCESSED CLOTH FOR PRODUCING FLEXIBLE CONTAINER

摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain a multilayered stretched tape excellent in heat-resistant creep characteristics and sufficient in the adhesiveness of an intermediate layer and an outer layer by laminating a thermal adhesive resin having a lower m.p. to both surfaces of an intermediate layer composed of a mixture of polypropylene and straight chain low density polyethylene to stretch the obtained laminate. CONSTITUTION:An intermediate layer 1 is constituted of a mixture consisting of 50-90 pts.wt. of polypropylene and 10-50 pts.wt. of straight chain low density polyethylene and outer layers 2 composed of a thermal adhesive resin having an m.p. lower than that of polypropylene, that is, high density polyethylene, straight chain low density polyethylene or a mixture thereof are laminated to both surfaces of the intermediate layer. Next, the obtained laminate of three- layered constitution is stretched to produce a multilayered stretched tape having predetermined width. This tape is used as at least one of warp yarn and weft yarn to weave a fabric for a flexible container. Further, a protective resin layer is formed to at least one surface of the fabric for the flexible container.
