PURPOSE:To obtain a resin composition excellent in impact resistance by mixing a specified thermoplastic resin with a specified graft copolymer and a specified epoxy silane compound in a specified mixing ratio. CONSTITUTION:This resin composition is prepared by mixing 60-99 pts.wt. at least one thermoplastic resin selected from among a polyamide resin, a polymethacrylimide resin and a polyether imide resin with 1-40 pts.wt. graft copolymer prepared by grafting at least one vinyl monomer (e.g. methyl methacrylate) onto a polyorganosiloxane rubber or a composite rubber having a structure formed by inseparably intertwining this component with a polyalkyl (meth)acrylate rubber and 0.01-10 pts.wt., per 100 pts.wt. total of the above two components, epoxysilane compound (e.g. gamma-glycidoxy-propyltrimethoxysilane). |
