The refrigerated cabinet has a body (1) with a buffer strip (5) round its upper edge. The latter forms a support surface (9) for a notice board holder (10) and can be covered by a guard (6) which is swivel mounted on the strip. The guard pref. has on its swivel axis a circular thickened section (13), which fits into a suitably shaped recess (12) on the buffer strip.
