PURPOSE: To suck water from a specified depth by providing a stem connecting a float to an intake means so that the intake means is held below the surface of water and a delivery means controlling the water stream from the intake means. CONSTITUTION: A hose 12 provided with an intake 10 at one end and a delivery pipe 4 at the other end is fitted to a float 6 through a stem 8 with a sinker. The hose 12 is arranged to pass through in a guide 14 composed of a parallel bar 16 and a horizontal bar 18. Inflow water from the intake 10 is supplied from the delivery pipe extending through the hose 12 and a dam 2 for various purposes.
