PURPOSE:To give a warning to only the rider or driver of a vehicle travelling in excess of specified speed. CONSTITUTION:Sensor groups 11, 12, 13, and 14 are set along lanes 51, 52, 53, and 54 near the crossing point to detect whether or not a vehicle ready to approach the crossing point is running at reduced speeds according to the red-colour lamp of the signal equipment. When the vehicle is reducing its speed, the projections of projecting devices 31, 32, 33, 34 do not work. Also, when the vehicle does not reduce its speed, the projections are protruded from the road surface of the lane and even the projections of the crossing lanes are protruded. |
