<p>PURPOSE:To easily conduct defoaming and improve the appearance of an article by forming and subsequently laminating an adhesive film sheet obtained by forming an adhesive layer on a film-like base material into a card, and then placing the laminated adhesive film sheet under a high pressure atmosphere. CONSTITUTION:The semimanufactured article 1 of an adhesive laminate 6 is formed such that a card-like adhesive film sheet 2 is formed in multi-layer superimposed relation. Each card 2 is formed in that one surface side of a film base material 3 is coated with a re-separable adhesive 4 and then cut into a card-like one. At this time, the semimanufactured article 1 is in a state that each sheet 2 is merely laminated, foam being produced between respective sheets 2. Therefore, the semimanufactured article 1 is accommodated into a pressure chamber 5 as a high pressure means in order to be placed under a high pressure atmosphere for a predetermined period, thereby defoaming therein. In the adhesive laminate 6 removed from the high pressure chamber 5, each sheet is separated one by one and thereafter stuck on the bar-code printing part provided, for example, on the lid of a corrugated fiberboard container.</p> |
