PURPOSE: To constitute a joint of a contact constituting component and a current lead wire so as to have reliable quality and low contact resistance, and surely check the quality of the joint prior to the final assembly. CONSTITUTION: A contact constituting component 1 is formed with a connection extending part 1a locating within the inside space 2a of a cap 2. At least one part of a lead wire 4a is fixed to the connection extending part 1a of the contact constituting component 1, and a joint 5 of the lead wire 4a and the connection extending part 1a is also arranged within the inside space 2a of the cap 2.
