<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a reverse image in a short period by providing a random access memory and a serial access memory which is provided with functions of serially reading out data from the random access memory, serially converting and outputting the data. CONSTITUTION:An SCL255 is selected from a column selection line SCL0 successively one by one in the order of L1, L2, L3,...and the data latched by a latch circuit L0-L255 are read out in such order as: data of the circuit L0 data of the circuit L1 data of the circuit L2. The data are read out by data buses SDB, the inverse of SDB and outputted via a data buffer 19 to an input/output terminal SIO. In this state, an 8 bit increment/decrement counter 35 is operated, and in the case of the line SCL1 is selected, a reverse indicating signal REV is reversed from an L level to an H level. From the next clock CLKA, the data are selected in a reverse direction in such order as: the line SCL1 the line SCL1-1 the line SCL1-2 , and the reverse image is obtained in a short time.</p> |
