CULTURE OF MICROORGANISM OF GENUS PSEUDOMONAS

摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain the subject microorganism having high enzymatic activity in high yield by culturing the microorganism in a culture liquid while keeping the concentration of an iron compound at a specific level. CONSTITUTION:A microbial strain belonging to genus Pseudomonas and containing L-aspartic acid beta-decarboxylase is cultured in a culture liquid preferably at 28-32 deg.C and pH7-8 for 10hr to 2 days at a C-source concentration in the medium of 0.1-5wt.% (using fumaric acid) at the start of cultivation while keeping the concentration of iron compound (preferably iron sulfate, iron chloride, etc.) to 0.05-6.0muM (preferably 0.2-2muM) to obtain the objective microorganisms.
