PURPOSE:To detain a work to be processed certainly without risk of damaging by immersing the work in a liquid, cooling the liquid for freezing and solidification, and thereby generating fixation. CONSTITUTION:A work to be processed 1 is immersed in a liquid 3, and the whole portion immersed 1b is fixed by cooling the liquid 3 for freezing and solidification. This prevents the fixed portion 1b from damage caused externally and precludes risk of the portion to be processed 1a moving due to insufficient grasp. It is also practicable to grasp fast a plurality of works in the same shape at their identical parts. Further, heat emission is suppressed which is likely at the time of processing due to low temp. solidification of the liquid 3, which should prevent deterioration of the work 1. |
