The electrically conductive interconnection between a metallic conductor (1) and a ceramic component (2) in a high-temperature fuel cell consists of a porous interlayer (12). Said interlayer is produced from a paste-like interconnection composition which consists of ceramic, electrically conductive particles (120) whose largest linear dimensions are less than 0.03 mm, by sintering. The interlayer is connected by virtue of material and is essentially restricted to the contact zone of the conductor.
