PURPOSE:To provide the manufacturing method of injection molding by one shot and its molding die for a trunk with branches of an immitation tree such as a christmas tree or the like with the branches for installing a tree leaf material formed integrally on the outer periphery of a tree trunk main body unlike conventional methods of forming an immitation tree. CONSTITUTION:A tree trunk main body manufactured by injection-molding molten flexible thermoplastic synthetic resin and insert-molding a bar-shaped core 5 is formed in a cavity 23 for forming the tree trunk main body formed by closing a couple of split molds 21, 21, and also molten resin is injected into branch forming cavities 27 and 29 communicating with the tree trunk main body forming cavity 23 for forming a tree trunk with integrated branches, and branches together with the tree trunk main body are released out of mold opened split molds 21, 21 by making use of the plasticity of branches. |
