PURPOSE:To provide a new DNA sequence coding VMOI and useful for producing a large amount of VMOI. CONSTITUTION:The DNA sequence coding VMOI having the amino acid sequence of formula. It can be prepared by preparing the cDNA library of chicken cupula ampullaris having expressed mRNA and extracted from the organs of chicken, screening VMOI cDNA and expressing the screened cDNA.
