PURPOSE:To make exposure device compact and enhance its cooling efficiency by disposing two sheets of transparent members by having a predetermined spacing between a lamp and an original surface and using a heat absorbing filter for at least one sheet thereof. CONSTITUTION:Two sheets of heat absorbing filters 7, 8 are disposed at the open end of a reflector 6 enclosing a lamp 5, nearly parallel to the lamp 5, by leaving a spacing and an air duct of a hollow square shape is formed by the side wall 10 closing the side parts in the longitidinal direction thereof. The air feed-in port 11 and exhaust port 12 connected to blowers are provided to both ends of the air duct. The heat rays from the lamp 5 are reflector 6 are absorbed in the heat absorbing filters 7, 8 and both heat ray filters are cooled by the cooling wind passing in the air duct, thus the heat rays hardly arrive at the original. In this way, the cooling effect may be enhanced with the compact device. |
