Fixing of letters or numbers to board - by using black powder to mark holes for locating pins
摘要
Letters of the alphabet or numbers are fastened to a board (1) which is covered with strips (2) of self-adhesive material and a grid (3) is marked on the upper surfaces of the self-adhesive strips. The symbols are placed and an outline of each marked on the upper surfaces of the strips (2). The symbols have holes in their undersurfaces for locating pins and are filled with a black powder. The symbols are removed from the board, as are the adhesive strips which came under the holes. The symbols are then replaced and tapped so that the powder marks the board so that holes can be made for the locating pins when the symbols are placed in their permanent positions. USE/ADVANTAGE - Attaching letters or numbers for house names or numbers. The symbols are accurately positioned.
