<p>PURPOSE:To shorten full length of a tandem type master cylinder while fixing a seal member on a secondary piston member side. CONSTITUTION:A secondary piston 2 and a primary piston are slidably fitted inside a housing 1, and a secondary pressure chamber 27 and primary pressure chambers 12, 28 are formed. A sleeve member 5 is arranged between the primary piston 4 and the housing 1, and an extended part 5c is formed along the inner face of the sleeve member 5 in which a cup 9 fixed on the primary piston 4 is slided. The large diameter part of the cylindrical member 3 of the secondary piston 2 and a secondary spring 6 are arranged outside the extended part 5.</p> |
