PURPOSE:To reduce the processing delay and to average the load among the work station controllers by enabling each work station to execute a command request even with a non-registered work station controller in the case the controller has a low load. CONSTITUTION:If a work station WS-A1 kept under the connection control of a work station controller A has a load higher than a prescribed level when a command is requested, a high load state informing means 3 informs of this fact. Receiving this information, a change request means 6 of the WS-A1 gives a changing request to a work station controller B for control of connection. If the processing ability of the controller B has a margin under such conditions, a connection control addition means 5 allows the change and informs of it. Thus a connection subject changing means 7 of the WS-A1 receives an opening instruction for the connection control from a connection control opening means 4 of the controller A. Then the means 7 gives a command request to the controller B. |
