Switching regulator with push=pull resonant DC=DC converter

The push-pull converter (GW) is preceded by a buck or boost regulator (BR) whose output inductance is divided (L1, L2) for driving the respective branches of the push-pull circuit. Resonance capacitors (C1, C2) are connected between the driven ends of the push-pull transformer prim. windings (W1, W2) and the common terminals of the push-pull switches (S1, S2). Capacitor voltage is utilised by the buck or boost regulator control circuit (St).
