Self-contained apparatus for injecting into a patient, by means of perfusion, a liquid contained in a perfusion bag, the said device comprising means for expelling the liquid from the said bag and for injecting it into the patient, characterised in that the said expulsion means consists of a plate (3) on which the perfusion bag is arranged. The plate is arranged in a casing (2) equipped with a lid (4) which can be folded down on the plate, the latter being stressed by an elastic means (6) which is activated by the closure of the lid and which tends to push the plate back towards the lid with a view to expelling the liquid from the perfusion bag. <IMAGE>
