PURPOSE:To enable to effectively and massively produce SASAKAMABOKO (bamboo leaf-type broiled fish paste) by molding a kneaded fish paste into SASAKAMABOKO-shaped products, transferring the products on a conveyor, thermally solidifying the products and subsequently subjecting the solidified product to broiling color-generating treatments. CONSTITUTION:A kneaded fish paste is molded with a molding device 1 into SASAKAMABOKO-shaped products, and transferred on a traveling conveyor in a parallel state. The carried SASAKAMABOKO-shaped products are thermally solidified with a heater 5 using a gas, electric current or steam, subjected to a broiling color-generating treatment on the upper surfaces of the products with a broiling color-giving device 9 using the gas, electric current, etc., turned over with a turning device and again subjected to the broiling color-generating treatment on the lover surfaces of the products with a broiling color-giving device 13 using the gas, electric current, etc. |
