PURPOSE:To mold a base body and a sliding body monolithically by molding the base body primarily from synthetic resin in the 1st cavity and then by molding the sliding body secondarily in the condition that the base body thus molded is inserted into the 2nd cavity. CONSTITUTION:A molding dies are composed of the 1st cavity 6, a core 7 and a slide core 8. And, melted synthetic resin such as ABS resin containing glass is injected into the 1st cavity 6 to mold the base body 1 primarily. Next, when the base body 1 molded primarily is inserted into the 2nd cavity 10 and melted synthetic resin such as polyacetal is injected into the 2nd cavity 10 with the slide core 8 being retreated, the sliding body 2 is molded secondarily on the side of the slidable surface of the base body 1 and also an engagement part 4 connected monolithically with the sliding body 2 is molded secondarily in a slide groove. |
