CONTOUR LINE DETECTION METHOD

摘要

PURPOSE:To provide a method detecting the contour line of the external size of an electronic parts necessary to know the position of the electronic parts sucked by the nozzle of a machine loading the electronic part. CONSTITUTION:A first process obtaining the picture pattern of an electronic parts, a third process detecting a point on a contour line by retrieving in a direction fixed in a second process from a first start point existing within the picture pattern, a fourth process obtaining one-round contour line by retrieving defining the point as a start point, a fifth process deciding that the contour line is right if the first start point exists in a rectangle circumscribing the contour line and a sixth process returning the processing to the third process by changing the retrieval direction when the contour line is not right are provided.
