PURPOSE: A complex sensing device for steering is provided to securely connect a first circuit and a second circuit by inserting an inserting protrusion of the first circuit to a through hole of the second circuit. CONSTITUTION: A complex sensing device for steering comprises a first circuit(160) and a second circuit(250). A sensor sensing the steering torque is installed in the first circuit. The second circuit is combined with the first circuit to meet with one another at a right angle. The sensor sensing the steering angle is installed on the second circuit. An insertion protrusion(161) and a through hole(251) are respectively formed on the first circuit and the second circuit. The first circuit and the second circuit are combined with each other through the insertion protrusion and the through hole.
