PURPOSE:To quickly and correctly execute the term integration work of the original of a document without manual aid. CONSTITUTION:The misusable terms are set for integrated terms prepared by the index preparation processing of a document, a unintegrated terms file preparation processing S1 preparing an unintegrated term file is performed, a term integration confirmation processing S2 matching the integrated terms with the terms in the document, matching the terms in the document which did not coincide with the integrated terms with the unintegrated term file, and storing the integrated terms and the unintegrated terms along with the document name in which the unintegrated term was detected and the detection location at which the unintegrated term was detected is performed when any unintegrated term which coincided with the term in the unintegrated term file is detected is performed. And a term integration result output processing S3 outputting the contents stored in a storage device on a document file as a term integration result file is then performed. |
