CONSTITUTION:In a device which is an electronically controlled fuel injection device for an internal combustion engine and having an air-fuel ratio learning function composed so as to evade the wrong learning of air-fuel ratio overrichness at the time of deceleration by clamping an air-fuel ratio feed back correction at the time of deceleration detected based on a vehicle speed sensor, a diagnosis result is made invalid even the occurrence of the leak failure of a fuel injection valve is diagnosed based on an air-fuel ratio learning result when the clamp control is impracticable by the failure of the vehicle speed sensor (S6 S7 S8).</p>
