<p>A rapid screening assay is provided by lysing clones having a plurality of different sequences potentially including a sequence of interest for stimulating T-cells. The poly (amino acid) sequences are enriched by cloning the sequences joined to a sequence encoding protein A to provide for a fusion protein which may then be readily purified by binding to immune complexes and removing non-specifically bound contaminants. The fused protein may be used directly or the sequence of interest cleaved from the protein A sequence and then used.</p> |
