PURPOSE:To improve the reliability of command issue in the automatic operation of an operating system. CONSTITUTION:A retrying frequency initializing means 2 initializes the retrying frequency of a command corresponding to an event recognized by a command issue timing recognizing means 1. When a console command issued from a command issuing means 3 is not received due to the lacking of a system resource, a retrial judging means 6 judges whether the issue of the console command is to be retried or not by judging whether the retrying frequency exceeds an upper limit value or not. |
