<p>PURPOSE:To enlarge the place of operating an indicator in a screen for instructing a prescribed position on the screen of a display device without adding any special position detector to the display device. CONSTITUTION:This device is composed of an image pickup means 1000 to pick up the image of an object, storing means 1001 to store image pickup position data obtained by this image pickup means for each prescribed cycle, calculating means 1002 to calculate the moving amount of the indicator based on the image pickup data for each cycle stored in this storing means and control means 1003 to control the display position of the indicator corresponding to the calculated result of this calculating means. An operator can move the indicator on the screen of the display device to an arbitrary position at a position away from the display device.</p> |
