PURPOSE:To easily prepare contents after editing the text of a document. CONSTITUTION:When a document stored in a document storage mechanism 4 using arm edition processing mechanism 3, the edition processing mechanism 3 stores the edition operation contents and link information to be linked to the contents table of a contents table storage mechanism 8 for each item of editorial chapter paragraph and clause in a contents preparation information storage mechanism 5. A contents preparation mechanism 7 prepares or updates the contents table based on the edition information stored in the contents preparation information storage mechanism 5. Further, the contents is prepared from the contents table storage mechanism 8 to be stored in the contents storage mechanism 9. |
