PURPOSE:To provide a method and an apparatus for preparation of a phenol resin foam wherein foaming is produced by self-heat generation of a foaming material and spraying etc., can be done at an applying site where a foam is required and no clogging of a nozzle injecting the foaming material occurs. CONSTITUTION:A mixture of a resol-type phenol resin, a foaming agent and a metal compd. and a curing agent are respectively blown off from each independent nozzle in a mist-like substance and these two mist-like substances of the mixture and the curing agent are crossed each other and assembled together to obtain a foam. |
