PURPOSE:To effectively use ink and to make the size of a waste ink sump min. by preventing the unnecessary input of ink filling operation much in the consumption of ink. CONSTITUTION:An emission inferiority recovery means 15 for recovering emission inferiority when the emission inferiority of an ink droplet is generated, a waste ink sump 17 receiving the ink consumed by the emission inferiority recovery means 15, the first recovery operation command input means of the emission inferiority recovery means 15, a second recovery operation command input means and a memory means having an operation number-of-time counter are mounted and the operation command inputs of ink filling operation inputted from the first and second recovery operation command input means can not be continuously performed. |
