PURPOSE:To provide the molding method capable of mounting fixedly the fixing member for fitting a two layer-molded object to the other object by a simple constructing to a molded object, while an insert body is kept exactly in a mold, and molding may be achieved in the insert molding process of the two larger- molded object of synthetic resin, and simultaneously complicated means are not used. CONSTITUTION:The fixing members 1, 8 for fitting a two lager-molded object to the other object is prelimixarily fixed to an insert body 7 made of a first synthetic material, and while the nut 8 of the fixing member is exposed, the insert body 7 is kept in the cavity of the mold 12. While resin material is kept not to enter the screw hole of the nut 8, second synthetic resin is poured into the cavity, and the insert body 7 is insert-molded in the covering layer 15 composed of second synthetic resin, whereby while the two layer-molded object 16 is molded, the nut 8 is fixed to the covering layer 15. |
