The method features fluid interlacing, bundling of rayon filament yarn and polyester filament yarn in a way that diameter of fluid flow of fluid treatment nozzle is 2-2.5 mm and yarn tensions just before and after the transfer roller from the nozzle, whose yarn guide's length more than 30 mm, are 3-4 g, 6-10 g respectively, while the fluid pressure of fluid treatment nozzle being 1.5-2.0 kg/cm2. This method enables composite of yarn to have soft touch and appearance by developing fine concave convex on the fabric surface utilizing different heat-shrinkage property, interlacing property of two yarns, while keeping intact the excellent luster of rayon and excellent elasticity and easy-care property of polyester.
